Three Dykema Attorneys Recognized as 2022 Leaders by World IP Review

Fraser, who was selected as a Trademark Leader, serves as Leader of Dykema’s Trademark Practice Group. She is a widely respected intellectual property practitioner who brings her experience and talents to representing clients in various sectors, including chemical, industrial, consumer products, financial, cybersecurity, software, and medical. Fraser serves as a trusted advisor to many billion-dollar international companies and well-known brands on day-to-day trademark and counselling issues—frequently leveraging the interplay between obtaining and strengthening protection including through developing effective enforcement programs.

Heimbecher, who serves as Leader of Dykema’s IP Transactions Practice, was recognized as a Patent Leader. He brings more than three decades of diverse, global experience to representing clients needing assistance with patent and trademark prosecution, portfolio management, counseling and intellectual property due diligence. While he has extensive experience in the medical device area, Heimbecher also leads patent and trademark prosecution efforts in a wide range of additional industries including automotive mechanical systems, electronic cigarettes, superheated material procession, designer window coverings, package design and manufacture, internet and computer software/hardware, business methods, and vacuum technology.

Moga, who was also selected as a Patent Leader, has more than 30 years’ experience in domestic and international IP portfolio development and enforcement. His experience includes the development of domestic and foreign patent portfolios primarily through the drafting and prosecution of patent applications for filing in the United States and abroad. Moga’s experience also includes the acquisition of registrations for trademarks and copyrights, licensing, and IP policy development both at home and abroad. He is an experienced patent prosecutor in the mechanical, chemical, biochemical, and pharmaceutical arts and testifies as an expert witness in patent disputes.
