Trial Attorney Richard P. Darke Joins Dykema’s Chicago Office

Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the addition of Richard Darke as a Member in its Litigation Department resident in the firm’s Chicago office. He joins Dykema after practicing at Duane Morris LLP for more than two decades.

Darke’s practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate, construction, financial services, and healthcare. He has substantial experience handling claims relating to partnership and joint venture disputes, trade secrets, data privacy, breach of warranty and contract, delay damages, common law fraud, international sales contracts (CISG), legal malpractice, restrictive covenants (non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements), and fiduciary duties. Darke has tried numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts throughout the country.
