Understanding Attorney-Client Privilege/Michigan Professional Review

Kathleen Reed, Jennifer Beidel, and Jonathan Feld are presenting a session at the LeadingAge Michigan Leadership Institute on August 9-11, 2023, at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. Their session, “Understanding Attorney-Client Privilege/Michigan Professional Review,” will strengthen health care providers’ understanding of the attorney-client privilege. The presentation will cover how the privilege is established, what documents and communications are protected, exceptions to the privilege, disclosure to government entities, and avoiding common pitfalls.
