UT Law CLE's Jay L. Westbrook Bankruptcy Conference

Deborah Williamson will serve as a featured speaker during two presentations at the UT Law CLE's 40th Annual Jay L. Westbrook Bankruptcy Conference, which takes place Nov. 17-19, 2021.

On Nov. 18, Williamson will co-present, "Running or Rejection," which will provide attendees with insight on contracting issues with midstream agreements. The panel will discuss managing counterparty risk, including approaches utilized by a public company.

On Nov. 19, she will co-present, "Celebrating the Westbrook Bankruptcy Conference," which focuses on the conference's namesake and the 40th anniversary of the event.

Williamson is also a member of the conference faculty and a member of its planning committee.
