A. Joseph Duffy works in Dykema’s Bloomfield Hills office as a member of the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on construction law, antitrust litigation, and complex commercial disputes.
In his antitrust practice, Joseph works with clients to advise them about how they can best meet their business needs and stay on the right side of law. When the need for litigation arises, his understanding of antitrust laws, and the markets in which clients operate, help him obtain favorable resolutions.
When it comes to construction law, Joseph represents and advises design professionals, contractors, and owners in a wide range of matters, including defense and prosecution of claims relating to differing site conditions, construction errors and omissions, construction liens, change order directives, and contract interpretation in connection with public and private construction.
