When people want to make a lasting impact—for their families or the causes they care about—Tony Frasca helps them do it right. Combining sophisticated strategies with clear, actionable guidance, he works with high-net-worth individuals, families, and tax-exempt organizations to put structures in place to meet their estate planning, business succession, and philanthropic goals.

Tony understands that the work he does is personal as well as legal and financial. His clients want to ensure their children and loved ones reap the rewards of a lifetime of hard work. Those who contribute to or start charitable causes need to maximize the impact of their efforts and minimize the risk of inadvertent mistakes. Tony is the trusted counsel who makes that happen with creativity, foresight, and a collaborative spirit.

A substantial part of Tony's practice focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive estate and business succession plans for high-net-worth individuals and families that are designed to achieve their tax and non-tax objectives.

Because his work involves the inherent unknowns of the future, including an ever-changing tax and legal landscape, Tony prides himself on considering and planning for all possible contingencies when crafting wealth preservation and transfer strategies. He works seamlessly with his clients' financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to deliver integrated estate planning counsel that addresses all aspects of their financial pictures.

Tony also has significant experience advising nonprofit clients with issues related to maintaining tax-exempt status, governance, unrelated business taxable income, charitable gift annuities, charitable lead trusts, charitable remainder trusts, gift acceptance policies, and gift agreements. His work has facilitated the selfless efforts of individuals and organizations who give their time, effort, and money to create meaningful change for the communities and causes they support.

Much of what I do involves talking with clients about deeply personal and often difficult issues. Helping my clients find clarity and peace of mind, and connecting their goals with the right strategies to achieve them, is immensely rewarding.
