Brian M. Moore
General Counsel
Brian is a business litigator for clients in various industries, and his primary areas of emphasis are corporate member and shareholder litigation, commercial real estate and loan disputes, corporate acquisition and business contract conflicts, and internal investigations. He also serves as Dykema’s General Counsel, trusted to manage and oversee all the firm’s legal affairs.
Brian works closely with each client to first understand their business, strategic, and litigation objectives and then implement a plan to achieve those objectives. He believes working collaboratively with the client leads to a successful outcome and satisfied client. Brian is an effective lawyer because he appreciates the costs and stresses of litigation and counsels his clients on the benefits and risks from intake to final resolution.
“Winning is defined in different ways, but every client wants the same result from their lawyer—a ‘no surprise’ experience.”
