Denise M. Drake

As in-house counsel, Denise Drake oversaw real estate matters for the midstream, refining, and marketing/convenience store assets of a Fortune 50 company. Now, she helps clients on a range of real estate transactions, negotiating commercial real estate agreements, reviewing title and survey matters, and managing the deal to closing.
Denise served as in-house managing counsel for Marathon Petroleum Corporation (f/k/a Tesoro/Andeavor) for seven years.
Before her tenure at Marathon, Denise worked in private practice as a real estate attorney, where she represented developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants in complex real estate and finance transactions.
