Elizabeth Voss sees herself as a business attorney who focuses on clients' workplace issues because, in her view, what's good for a business is good for its people. She is a triple threat, providing labor and employment counsel, handling employment-related regulatory compliance matters, and litigating claims arising from the employer-employee relationship.
Elizabeth's clients span several industries and range in size from small closely-held entities to mid-market corporations that all share the same goals: boosting morale and productivity, attracting top talent, retaining valuable employees, and making their companies great places to work. Each of their workplaces is unique, so cut-and-paste, one-size-fits-all advice doesn't work. Clients rely on Elizabeth to find creative strategies and tailored solutions that help them achieve their workforce objectives and compete in their respective markets.
“ This is the best job I've ever had. I work with brilliant colleagues and smart, conscientious clients. New developments spring up all the time, and there are new issues to address every day. ”
