Eun Sung Lim

Senior Attorney

Eun Sung Lim is a senior attorney in Dykema's Real Estate Group, where he represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions.

Eun Sung has represented clients in a wide variety of matters involving acquisitions and dispositions, equity and loan financings, joint ventures, development, leasing, title/survey, opinions, and asset holding reorganizations. He has also represented clients in the real estate aspects of corporate financings, bankruptcies, mergers and acquisitions, and securities offerings.

Eun Sung received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School where he was an associate editor of the Michigan Journal of Race & Law. He received his B.B.A. with high distinction and university honors from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. While attending law school, Eun Sung was a judicial intern for the Honorable Victoria S. Kaufman of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
