Giuliano helps guide clients in their full range of real estate needs. He focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, and real estate related litigation research.

Giuliano graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in May 2018. At Wayne Law, he served as the President of the Italian-American Law Student Association; was a member of Wayne Law's Transactional Law Competition Regional Team; and was a two year member of the Wayne Law Review, first as an Assistant Editor and later as a Note and Comment Editor. As a law student, Giuliano worked as a judicial intern in the chambers of the Honorable Avern Cohn of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Prior to a career in law, Giuliano worked in a variety of capacities relating to commercial and residential real estate development and construction.
