When Isaac Villarreal tells opposing counsel he wants to try a case, they know he’s not bluffing—it’s his favorite part of practicing law, and he’s very good at it.
Despite his passion for persuading 12 strangers in the jury box to side with his client, Isaac won’t recommend going to trial if it’s not in the client’s best interests or doesn’t positively affect their bottom line.
Isaac represents small and large companies in litigation involving contract claims, business torts, real estate disputes, residential and commercial construction defects, mechanic’s and materialman’s liens and bond claims, probate and estate contests, and commercial and consumer collection and foreclosure matters.
His advocacy skills are extraordinary, starting with his intense preparation, and he has earned the respect of judges and counsel on both sides of the aisle. Competitive by nature, Isaac relishes the opportunity to outwit his opponents, whether the amount in controversy involves thousands or tens of millions of dollars.
“I find success in the courtroom and at the negotiation table because I embrace and enjoy the intellectual challenge. My clients come out on top because of my professionalism, zeal, and a reputation that is built upon a foundation of hard work, preparation, and an established history of sustained success when the stakes are high.”
