Former leader of the firm's government investigation and corporate compliance practice, Jonathan has spent decades immersed in interactions between the government and the private sector. His practice focuses on representing companies in complex civil and criminal matters, including healthcare, financial, antitrust, government contracting, and antibribery investigations and enforcement proceedings.
