Joseph Ramos

Joseph has handled complex compliance, transactional, and litigation matters for some of the largest financial institutions in the world. He advocates for his clients in both federal and state court on matters including, but not limited to commercial litigation, collections, bankruptcy litigation, and appeals. 

Previously, Joseph worked in operational and regulatory compliance at a large financial institution and served as in-house counsel at a mid-sized banking institution.
