When lenders encounter borrowers who fail to meet their obligations, Joshua ensures that lenders are protected and receive the maximum recovery on their loans. Joshua helps lenders whose loans are in default, secured assets are at risk, or when a borrower’s bankruptcy threatens a creditor’s ability to collect delinquent obligations.
Focusing his practice on bankruptcy, insolvency, and creditors' rights, Joshua assists clients with enforcing their rights and protecting their assets and interests in bankruptcy cases, workouts and restructurings, foreclosures and receiverships.
Joshua graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law, with honors, where he served as the Topics Editor of the Eldar Law Journal. Prior to joining the firm, Joshua clerked for the Honorable Mary P. Gorman, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Centeral District of Illinois.
