Kacy Cigarroa brings experience in broad transactional commercial real estate, business, and corporate practice involving a variety of business and real estate development activities. Kacy’s expertise includes business formation, including joint ventures and partnerships; commercial real estate finance; dispositions and acquisitions; and the development, construction, and management of multi-family properties located in the San Antonio area and throughout the nation.
Kacy is adept at negotiating and preparing listing agreements, access agreements and purchase and sale agreements for dispositions, joint venture agreements, construction contracts, development agreements, property management agreements, third party agreements, guaranty agreements, construction financing and mezzanine financing documents, and assisting clients with due diligence and preparing for and facilitating closings.
Kacy has particular experience in the preparation of organizational and maintenance documents for and providing corporate governance advice to more than 300 business entities.
Kacy has acted as co-counsel on the team that represented a San Antonio commercial real estate development group in the equity joint venture financing, construction loan and mezzanine loan financing, development, construction, management, operation and disposition of more than 45 Class A multi-family projects ranging from 122 to 408 apartment units in the San Antonio area and throughout the nation.
