Karenia R. Randle
Government Policy Advisor
Karenia Randle joined Dykema`s Government Policy Advisor group in 2022. Prior to joining the Dykema team, Karenia was the Legislative Liaison for the Michigan Economic Development Corporation where she advocated for Governor Whitmer`s priorities for Michigan's economic prosperity. Through this role, she worked to establish a connection between the corporation, legislature, and the administration.
Karenia gained legislative experience working in both the house and senate. Working for Senate Minority Leader Jim Ananich she gained extensive knowledge of health and human services all the while delivering legislative outcomes to assist constituents. Serving as a Legislative Director for Senator Adam Hollier, she staffed appropriations, transportation, economic development, corrections, and judiciary committees for the Senator. Karenia has a broad range of experience working cross functionally across state agencies and the ability to ensure they all work in tandem to solve issues. In addition, she brings a broad range of experience in appropriations, non-profits, economic development, and community development.
