With a finance background, a business-savvy mindset, and an aptitude for transforming multiple stakeholders’ divergent interests into a common purpose, Kari Lutringer has shepherded scores of complex and consequential transactions to consummation. Kari complements her number-crunching inclinations with a big-picture perspective, providing her clients with a holistic understanding of a deal’s upsides and risks.
The bottom-line perspective and dollars-and-cents analysis that Kari brings to her practice are products of her extensive finance and lending experience, as well as her academic accounting background. She has represented borrowers, lenders, and investors in connection with senior, mezzanine, and subordinated debt financing transactions.
Kari also advises various clients on corporate governance, general commercial, and contractual matters, including joint venture arrangements and business structuring and planning.
“I work on large, complex transactions every day, but I never forget that many, if not most, of my clients don’t. That is why I am so committed to ensuring that each client has the information they need to make informed decisions and the guidance that can help them seize opportunities while minimizing risks.”
