Kristin A. Ornstein represents corporate clients in structuring and negotiating a wide array of sophisticated mergers and acquisitions transactions. 

Kristin advises private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, and established businesses in connection with middle and upper-market corporate transactions in highly regulated industries. She also advises fund managers and sponsors on the structure of, and fundraising for, private investment fund vehicles. Her practical, hands-on approach facilitates efficient transactions for her clients while adding value at every opportunity.

Kristin’s business background and post-graduate business education make her an asset in all deal phases, from financial diligence through post-closing integration.

Kristin’s robust industry experience includes real estate acquisition and development, manufacturing, healthcare and physician practices, consumer packaged goods, biotechnology, energy, SaaS, ecommerce, telecommunications, insurance brokerages, community management associations, professional services, social applications…and more.

When not in the office, you can find Kristin on the Peloton leaderboards, picnicking at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, or spending time with her husband and three dogs.
