Margaret E. Graham helps clients with real estate tax issues such as assessments, exemptions, incentives, and government relations issues. Peggy saves her clients money by reducing their real estate tax burden to a fair and equitable amount. She also has litigation and arbitration experience and serves as a chair qualified arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County.
Peggy resolves issues related to the appropriate assessment and tax treatment of properties at both the administrative and judicial levels of review, and she has a record of success across multiple jurisdictions. Her clients include developers, investors, property managers, condo associations, and realtors.
She has also represented:

- Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Chicago;
- Catholic Cemeteries Archdiocese of Chicago;
- not-for-profit organizations; and
- commercial, industrial, corporate, and residential clients.
