Robert Hyatt is an attorney in Dykema’s Financial Services Litigation Group. He represents mortgage lenders and servicers in litigation in state and federal courts.
Rob’s practice centers on automotive warranty litigation, real estate disputes, and financial services litigation. Having managed hundreds of lemon law cases on a client’s in-house legal team gives Rob a unique perspective on the breath of issues involved in warranty litigation. Rob has successfully advised clients on a wide range of consumer claims, handling cases through inception to appeal. He regularly achieves favorable settlements through tailored negotiations focused on the specific needs of the client.
