Steve Liedel focuses his practice on government organization and restructuring, economic development, state constitutional law, and tax policy.
Steve also provides counsel on legislative drafting, strategy, and interpretation; government policy; election law and campaign finance; government contracts and procurement; real estate, administrative law; and intergovernmental cooperation. He has been extensively involved in drafting legislation, regulations, executive orders, executive directives, intergovernmental agreements, real estate finance, and government contracts. He also has been involved in lobbying legislative and executive branch officials and litigating public policy and constitutional issues.
