Suzanne M. Johnson dedicates her practice to large automakers and tier one suppliers, counseling on commercial transactions and strategic relationships, cloud services, and connected vehicle technologies. She also advises automotive manufacturers on worldwide service arrangements.
Suzanne also has experience working with medium and Fortune 500 companies on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, international privacy laws, ethics, corporate restructuring, governance, and information security. Prior to practicing law, Suzanne worked as a surety bond underwriter.
