Tamara Bush offers a unique mix of litigation skills. A proficient trial lawyer, she represents clients in commercial disputes over contract performance, business torts, trade secrets, and insurance coverage. She is also a skilled litigation strategist, managing the defense of large-scale class, collective, and multidistrict actions involving high-value product liability, breach of warranty, and statutory claims.

Litigation can be overwhelming for many individuals and companies—financially, administratively, and emotionally.

To Tamara, getting to know the client, their business, and how they operate are as central to her representation as her exceptional work product, keen judgment, and superior written and oral advocacy talents.

In cases she handles directly and as part of a team, she relieves the pressures placed on people and resources, especially during discovery. Tamara actively participates in each stage of a lawsuit, from pre-suit investigation and case strategy to summary judgment and pre-trial motions to post-trial proceedings and appeal.

When litigation looms, automotive OEMs and suppliers, consumer product manufacturers, food producers, energy utilities, service contract providers, insurance carriers, entertainment and hospitality companies, and other clients look to Tamara to vigorously represent their interests and offer innovative solutions.

Not one for gamesmanship, theatrics, or needless battles, she maintains her focus on achieving the client’s goals and forging working relationships with counsel on both sides of the aisle.

Cost is always a priority for clients—and it is for Tamara, too. In modest and high-exposure disputes, she explores mediation and other ADR techniques whenever possible and in line with client goals to avoid prolonged courtroom litigation. Efficiency also saves money, and Tamara closely monitors document handling, matter staffing, and project workflows to reduce expenses.

Scale and versatility are two exciting aspects of my practice. Big cases can take years to litigate with people, like me, occupying specific roles. At the other end of my docket, I am regularly the lead on matters better supported by a lean team of myself and one associate or paralegal. Clients know my abilities and trust me to perform whatever role necessary to get results.
