Erin Sedmak litigates critical emergent issues for her clients, whether it be at the trial court or appellate level, by combining her technical knowledge with her ability to assess and frame complex issues and provide an informed perspective.

While Erin advocates for clients in the insurance and financial services industries, her work spans numerous fields. She was recently named by The Legal 500 US 2023 as a key lawyer in the area of Native American Law and Gaming, as those in the industry and clients denote her as “a key name to know for federal disputes involving tribes.”

Outside of the courtroom, Erin leverages her expertise and industry knowledge for her clients in the form of general counsel services, spearheads thought leadership, and collaborates to advise clients on sophisticated regulatory and gaming matters.

Erin has made an impact in her community by dedicating her time to representing pro bono clients in social justice cases, some of which have garnered media attention due to the consequential and notable issues involved.

Achieving my clients’ objectives provides me the privileges of exploring engaging issues, innovation, and accomplishment in an ever-evolving legal landscape.
