It can be difficult, if not impossible, to decouple real estate issues from those implicating environmental concerns.
With extensive experience and deep insights into both areas of the law, Todd Schebor is uniquely positioned to deliver comprehensive counsel for clients who must address such intersecting matters, whether in the context of transactions, disputes, or enforcement actions.
Todd's immersion into environmental law and related issues predates his legal career. Accordingly, he focused on developing a combination of legal and scientific knowledge that now serves his clients so well. Those clients are in the energy, waste disposal, petroleum, manufacturing, and other sectors that must deal with the unique challenges of ever-changing regulatory requirements and law.
“Environmental issues can quickly derail my clients' operations, transactions, or business objectives. I strive to understand my clients’ business and their goals and objectives, so that I can provide them with practical advice based on existing and anticipated legal requirements, and actual regulatory practice.”
