Carolina Nunez

Associate


Carolina Nunez is an associate in Dykema’s Los Angeles office. She focuses her practice on product liability, class action, and business dispute litigation. She has litigated a variety of matters, including products and premises liability and personal injury cases. She has successfully defended her clients in state and federal court proceedings, and in early resolution.

Carolina received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. During law school, Carolina served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael W. Fitzgerald of the US District Court for the Central District of California. Carolina also participated in the Berkeley Law Workers’ Rights Clinic and La Raza Law School Students Association. She was also an editor of the La Raza Journal and a member of the Labor and Employment Law Journal. Carolina graduated from Loyola Marymount University, magna cum laude in Philosophy and Spanish. 

Prior to joining Dykema, Carolina’s practice included litigating employment and trusts and estates matters.

 

Carolina’s publications include being a Contributor in “Harassment Because of Age,” Workplace Harassment Law, BNA Books, and a Co-Author, “Are You Really Protected From Wage-and-Hour Successor Liability in an Asset Purchase?” Wage & Hour Litigation Blog.
