Kimberly Holmes is responsible for the management and oversight of the firm’s data privacy and cybersecurity insurance programs on behalf of firm clients across multiple industry verticals. Having previously served at Chubb as a Senior Claims Officer as well as Deputy Global Product Manager for Chubb Health Care, Cyber Product Manager for Chubb Health Care and launching the first underwriting strategy and cyber insurance product for Chubb Health Care, Kim is uniquely situated to offer key expertise and insights to firm clients on assessing and reviewing their cyber and executive/professional liability insurance needs.
Kim also provides counsel and guidance in helping clients navigate critical data privacy and cybersecurity issues related to compliance, litigation and class action matters. Utilizing over twenty years of executive and management experience in the specialty lines insurance industry, Kim collaborates with key industry brokers and carriers as she regularly advises clients on cyber risk mitigation and the need for effective, ongoing communication between organizations and their multiple insurance industry partners.
Kim frequently speaks at national insurance and privacy industry conferences and forums, including market and industry discussions that continue to evolve dialogue around cyber and management liability, the healthcare industry, artificial intelligence and innovation and emerging risks across industry sectors.
