Kimberly Holmes

Kimberly Holmes is responsible for the management and oversight of the firm’s data privacy and cybersecurity incident response and cyber insurance programs on behalf of Fortune 100 and 200 clients, as well as midsize client organizations across multiple industry verticals. She utilizes over twenty years of executive and management experience in the cyber, healthcare and management liability lines of the specialty insurance industry to collaborate with clients, brokers, industry experts and carriers to achieve optimal business solutions across various industry sectors.
Kim manages extensive relationships and collaborations with key insurance industry brokers, claim counsel, and senior carrier claim and underwriting leadership on behalf of the firm for data privacy and cybersecurity matters. She works closely with firm clients on navigating critical data privacy, healthcare AI, insurance and compliance matters.
Kim speaks frequently at national insurance and privacy industry events including market and industry discussions evolving dialogue around cyber liability, the healthcare industry, artificial intelligence and innovation and other emerging risks across industry sectors. Kim collaborates with clients as well as both internal and external industry colleagues to elevate discussions focused on risk mitigation and the need for effective, ongoing communication between organizations and their multiple insurance industry partners.
