Monique S. Eubanks
Associate
Monique is a commercial litigator who advises and assists clients in all phases of the litigation process, including each stage of pretrial and trial work in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining Dykema, Monique worked in a managerial role in financial services for JP Morgan Chase and as a supervisor in treasury services for the City of Detroit. While in law school, Monique interned for the Honorable Arthur J. Tarnow and the Honorable Gershwin A. Drain of the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Michigan. Additionally, she interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan in the Civil Defensive Litigation Unit.
