Richard Darke is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice in commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate, construction, healthcare, and financial services litigation.
Rick has substantial experience handling real estate, construction, and healthcare-related litigation, including claims relating to partnership disputes, trade secret claims, tortious interference, privacy law, construction disputes, warranty claims, breach of contract, common law fraud, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), fraudulent transfers, legal malpractice, restrictive covenants (non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements), and fiduciary duty claims. Rick has tried numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts throughout the country.
